Lindsey Fleming
Lindsey has dedicated her life to serving older adults. Her passion began in childhood, when she volunteered at the nursing home where her mother worked, and continued through 15 years of experience in long-term care and hospice after her graduation from college. In November 2021, she stepped into her current role as Senior Vice President at Elder Advisers®, where she brings both expertise and compassion to families navigating elder care.
Deeply rooted in her community, Lindsey actively serves on numerous boards and volunteers her time with organizations including Floyds Knobs Christian Church, Girl Scouts, Floyd County Animal Rescue League, Hope Southern Indiana, Hillcrest Cemetery, House of Hesed, and the Business Resource Council with One Southern Indiana.
A lifelong Southern Indiana resident, Lindsey lives with her husband, AJ, a volunteer firefighter, their twin daughters, Ronnie and Rylee, and a lively household of four dogs and four cats. Though she loves them all, she admits her dogs are her favorite.
